Shipping Policy

At Christiaan VDM Merch, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably using PUDO Locker-to-Locker services across South Africa.

Delivery Method

• All orders are shipped using the PUDO Locker-to-Locker network.

• When placing your order, you’ll select your preferred locker location that is most convenient for you.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a unique PIN code by SMS/email to collect your parcel.

Delivery Times

• Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your chosen locker location.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

Delivery Fees

• A flat delivery fee will be charged at checkout for PUDO locker-to-locker delivery.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct locker location during checkout.

Missed Deliveries

• PUDO will hold your parcel at the chosen locker for a limited time (usually 36 hours).

• If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional fees may apply for reshipping.

Responsibility

• Christiaan VDM Merch is not liable for delays once a parcel is in the custody of PUDO.

• Customers must ensure they enter the correct contact details (mobile number and email) to receive their collection PIN.

• Any issues with accessing or using a locker should be reported directly to PUDO customer service.

Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number and collection PIN once your order is dispatched.

• You can track your parcel through the PUDO website or app.
